A NEW YEAR ON BG

Happy New Year!

Anna and I (and two very good friends) spent Hogmanay in London, watching the London Eye fireworks from the south bank (more photographs (of the actual fireworks display) soon - watch this space).

I was lucky enough to meet up with one of my Canadian cousins for the evening, and his girlfriend, and we all had an excellent night - albeit surrounded by half a million fellow revellers!

We had the use of our old flat overlooking the river Lea (navigation) near Tottenham Hale station in north London (Anna's parents' flat), so we took the chance to walk round our favourite old stomping ground of the Walthamstow reservoirs - photographs etc... above.

The celebrations are now over - as are the hangovers.... welcome back to Blue-Grey for a new year...
