I feel like I AM learning a little about this type of music though (NOT Cliff), and today BG seems to be playing three of my favourites - Piano Sonata No. 14 in C Sharp Minor ("Moonlight Sonata") by Beethoven, Piano Concerto No.1 (in B Flat Minor) by Tchaikovsky, and "Morning" (Suite No.1) from Ibsen's "Peer Gynt" ( by Edvard Grieg).
So the feature has been temporarily (at least) saved....!
Remember though, if YOU don't want Classical Music on BG, scroll down to the bottom of the home page, and stop it.

I must admit to doing all my surfing with my sound turned off. There are so many sites with truly 'orrid music (yes, even worse than Cliff!) that it seemed the best idea. I also find it hard to read a lot of text off a screen at the best of times, so adding music to the mix just makes it impossible for me (must be something wrong with me!). I'm not really into classical (more Kaiser Chiefs and Coldplay) but have you ever heard Adagio for String by Samuel Barber? - this has got to be my favourite classical track, along with Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade.
I know what you mean UE!
I'm more of a rocker myself - The Stones, The Faces, The Who, Led Zep, Whitesnake and ACDC, well, that sort of stuff anyway, but thought I'd teach myself about classical music in the most pain free way. Its quite fun!
Hmmmm. I must be getting old....!
