A TESTAMONIAL TO BLUE-GREY. FROM A FELLOW WONDERER
I wonder at your camera, especially when you capture those exquisite close ups, but also that even the long shots of the wildlife I've seen have detail that most cameras can't give.
That may be your talent as a taker of pictures - but I find long shots with the still shutter of my puny vidcam (it fits in my pocket) affords only punctuation to mark the excitement of what I saw.
I don't mind. My messy memory is a superlative camera ready for life's duration to transform images into words and ideas.
Nonetheless your art with the lens is superlative especially when accompanied by your thoughts and the option of sublime music.

What an absolutely brilliant idea! The book looks beautiful. If you published one of your macro insects I might be tempted! in the meantime I'm off to do one of "my" wedding/honeymoon in Florida... Jane

As for a macro insect book - a good idea, but I need another year of bug photographs under my belt I think, to do it justice - its MAINLY spiders I've got at present!
Shirl - to be honest, this book took about two days to put together - my job and marriage etc... is the REAL reason I've been busy this year, and still am for the foreseeable future! ;-)
I'll mail you with details of how I got this book done - its very simple, and YOU should do it! Not really gonnae hit any bookshelves any time soon, but maybez its a step to something bigger....?! ;-)
